President
Paul McCarthy is lead pastor at Victory Life Christian Church in Blacktown. Together with his wife Lynda, he as been pastoring since 1999. Ps Paul has been lecturing at Christ For The Nations Australia Bible College since 2003 and is the current Foursquare Area 3 supervisor and has served on the board as a director. Ps Paul's heart is to see God glorified and His Kingdom come in Foursquare Australia.
Ps alese plichta
Vice President
Alese Plichta has been pastoring alongside her husband Josef since 2004. Together they serve the community of Foursquare Church Westmead, Sydney. Alese is mum to four children (and one son-in-law) and grammie to one. Alese serves as Principal to two Christian schools, as well as teaching within LIFE Bible College Australia and serving as one of the Regional Trainers for DLT, with the Global Council of Foursquare.

Overseas Missions Director
Pastor Banton currently serves as the Foursquare Overseas Missions Director, East Australia. He was elected to this position in 2019, Pastor Bruce also serves the Foursquare Church (Australia) as Lead Minister of Westmead Foursquare Church, Sydney, as an Area Supervisor, a DLT – S’th Pacific Regional Trainer, Dean of Studies at LIFE Bible College and has previously served the movement as General Supervisor, President.

Netta Collins serves as a pastor at Foursquare Church Westmead, as well as working full time as Deputy Principal at a Christian school. She has been a lecturer for LIFE Bible College for over a decade and follows her passion for learning and teaching throughout every area of her life, recently completing her Masters in Christian Ministry. Netta is a mum to 3 grown ups and is also currently Chair of the board of a Christian school in Western Sydney.
PS NICOLAI DE VERA
Director
Pastor Nicko has served as head Pastor of Jesus Our Banner Christian Church in Toongabbie for 5 years. He serves in the Church alongside his younger brother and assistant Pastor, Jordan and his wife Michelle whom he has been married to for 11 years. He holds a Diploma of Theology and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and Accounting. Ps Nicko is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in the Accounting and Finance industry for the last 10 years, currently as a Finance Business Partner with Macquarie Telecom.
