1 John 1:3

That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.

 

What An Awesome Privilege To Have Fellowship With The Godhead

 

Hebrews 10:19-20

19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

20 By a new and living way, which He has consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, His flesh;

 

The foundation, the authorisation we have, to enter into God’s presence, is based upon and solely comes from, the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. (It has nothing to do with our merits, our works)

We are actually exhorted, to come with boldness into ‘The Holy Place’ where El-shaddai, God almighty, dwells. Our boldness to come into the presence of God, who is referred to as a “consuming fire”, comes directly from the blood of Jesus.

It is by the blood of Jesus, that we are redeemed, forgiven, justified and reconciled to God. It is by the blood we enter into God’s presence.

This is a new and living way. The old ways, the ways of religion have been shut up. As the veil in the temple was rent from top to bottom, this new and living way has been opened to you.

Jesus has consecrated this way into God’s presence by the rending (tearing) of His flesh. His body torn and sacrificed on the cross, has consecrated this new and living way.

 

First spend some time Meditating on these truths, then “Enter” by faith into the holiest place and there be still before God and commune with Him!
